"How kind," Tony said once they told the waiter to get him a drink. Tony wondered if he was trying to get him more drunk or if he knew that he was acting it. It didn't really matter. That was only his plan to get him over there. Now what. He knew these men had guns. He knew these men were dangerous. If he could get them to reveal their guns, then he could take another step.
"So you boys from around here?"

"Hm? Are we from around here? What a rude question you have posed to me, Mr. Stark. You come to this table uninvited and unexpected and then begin asking us questions?" Vicious quirked a brow at Tony, his hands gripping in front of him. Though his men moved to close in Tony, Blood shook his head, ceasing that particular movement. Bruno drummed his fingers on the table while Pitbull concentrated on the 'drunk' person at the table. All eyes were on Vicious, waiting for a signal of any sort. None came, much to Bruno's displeasure. It was obvious that he was still wanting to show just what he could get away with now that he was running with Bloody Vicious.
"I'm more curious as to why you've come to this table, and why you're pretending to be drunk. Do you take us for idiots?

Tony sat there with his mouth opened shocked. He had taken this man for an idiot. He had underestimated him. He had tried to lie to him. Tried to fool him. He looked around him at all the men surrounding him. The waiter was sitting next to him nervous and sweating. Then Tony decided that it was time to act.
"Go, go," Tony shouted to his guards and Tony grabbed the waiter pulling him back of his chair and low to the ground with him. There were loads of small bangs as chairs hit the ground when the guards shot out of their seats fully armed aiming at the men.
What now? He hadn't really had a plan from the start. He just suspected these men and then joined them. To keep them under control, perhaps? To get them to reveal their guns to arrest them? Tony didn't know. It was instinct.

"Go, go!"
The clatter of chairs and the sound of footsteps even surprised Vicious, though not by much. He knew that someone like Tony wouldn't go out by himself. That would just be complete idiocy. He himself only walked about with his escort, Pitbull, whom wasn't looking all that pleased with the fact that there were now a collection of small arms pointing in their direction. Teddy, Bruno and Henry had almost broke out into a sweat, all three of them wanting to grab their own piece in order to defend themselves, but they knew that even if they did defend themselves successfully, they would have to answer to Vicious, and that prospect frightened them more than incarceration, or getting shot up.
Vicious barely flinched, he merely shrugged his shoulders, glancing to Tony with an expression of mock concern.
"My my, Mr. Stark. You seem to have the advantage over me. Where did all these law enforcement officers come from? he raised his gaze to the ones holding guns to the group, then glances back to Tony.
"Why, these aren't law enforcement agents at all, Mr. Stark. Judging by how you're hugging your date down there ever so closely, I can only assume that these men are your own. Which brings me to another question... why exactly are they brandishing their weapons at myself and my men in a public area? his tone was dripping with malice by then, no longer holding up any polite front to Stark as he spoke. His expression had also changed, turning to one of menace instead of keeping up his veneer of nonchalance.
"You know, I think we should get REAL officers down here to handle this situation. Unless Mr.Stark wants to call his dogs off"

Tony stumbled to his feet near his guards after the waiter crawled away. He straightened himself out and considered the man's words. Now the remaining customers were making their way rapidly to the exit. This was just too much. To have that massive man in there was one thing. But now they were seconds away from bullets flying around the room.
"We could call real officers to handle the situation. I, a rich and famous man, working for the government and supplying the military with their most high tech weapons, could explain my situation and you could explain how you and your boys are packing."
The chef was watching on from the kitchen huddled to the floor. He had not been able to make it to the exit and was too scared to cross the room. He figured he should try and wait it out. d**n, why wasn't their a phone in the kitchen, he thought to himself.

Vicious also considered his words, but still yet his own men had not drawn their weapons, though they were aching to fling lead with the guards, still 'high' from their last confrontation. Despite that, Vicious hadn't given the signal. All of them were still seated, except for Pitbull, who cracked his knuckles loudly in anticipation for what could be coming. The leader still did not look in the least bit phased. He was not scared of Tony, at least not in this case.
"Do you still take me for a sap, Tony? I believe you cannot prove that we are PACKING anything. You could call the police, tell them that you assume we have guns on us, they could do an unauthorized search, and guess what, Mr. Stark? That would land you in serious legal trouble. Imagine the headlines. he spread his arms out, as if he could actually invision the big bold print.
"'Billionaire Tony Stark accosts five men in the local restuarnt while faking intoxication in order to ambush them!' Why? Because he 'THOUGHT' they had weapons upon them. I'm sure the government needs that kind of heat just as much as you do."
Pushing from the table, he stood up and snapped his fingers, the rest of his men standing as well, all of them now looking at the ones with guns drawn.
"Men, I believe we should get going. We still have celebrating to do, and Tony is most likely late for his A A meeting. Pitbull, front and center." the big man stood in front of him, while the other three formed about him, all of them beginning to walk to the door.
"See you later, Deputy Stark."

Tony could only watch as the five men walked out of the restuarant. His guards still kept their gun aimed at them moving with them. This had not been a good idea. What could he say? Then something hit Stark. The Headlines. Oh what will the papers say?
Then he kicked a chair into a wall and cursed. "Put your weapons down," Tony mumbled to his guards as he slumped back into his chair and took a drink of his martini. "The Headlines."
