Teens ages 13-17 have come from all over the world to Monterey, California to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. And what's that? It's to sail around the Pacific, looking for rare marine life. To some, it will be the greatest thing in their young lives. But to others, it will be absolute boredom. That is, until the boat sinks.
Survivors wash up onto the island, and people who have never met before must work together to survive on the island where they are all alone... Or are they...?

Appearance: he has a yellow helmet, a blue jumpsuit with a white circle saying sh in capitals. He wears yellow gloves and boots. Sky blue cape.
History: He went to new york city high, where he got a degree in college science. When he ws shot by a common crook, he went out for revenge against crime, doing lots of strength training and building lightning blasters.
Other Information: He has a best friend called Barry A.K.A Flyboy
RP Sample: Shockman ran up the volcano as it erupted. Caught in the blast, Shockman was thrown down to the bottom of the volcano. His blasters had been hit by lava so they had melted. He threw them away and resumed climbing. Molten man threw rapid lava at shockman and the hero was hit. His jumpsuit began to melt.

Character's Real Name: Tommy Kessinger Superhero Name: None Gender: Male Age: 25 Occupation: Unemployed Currently
Powers and Abilities: Fire Creation and Manipulation Power Gained: When he was a teenager living at home, a fire engulfed his house. at the time, he had just gotten into a fight, so he had many cuts and wounds upon his body. During the fire, he inhaled lots of smoke, as well as smoke seeping into his cuts and wounds, and many burns covered his body. His parents rushed him to the hospital. Though they feared they were to late, doctors assured them there was a new though untested and not yet passed medical treatment that could save his life. His parents agreed and the doctors began testing various medical practices that were illegal and not sanctioned. One of the medical treatments reacted with the smoke inside his body and on his lungs, forcing it to explode within him. But instead of kill him, he sprung to life, his eyes engulfed in flames. He had no idea why everyone was staring at him until he looked down to see his hands and arms engulfed in flames as well. Soon after he passed out.
Weaknesses: He is very prone to rage, just like a berserker. Should he become angry enough, he'll begin to attack wildly, leaving him very open to attacks without even thinking. Also, he can be doused with Water and momentarily lose his fire creation.
Appearance: Spiky brown hair, dark brown eyes, stands at about 5'11", 187 lbs. He wears a black mask which covers half of his face, from his nose down due to the burns on his skin which never healed. Usually found wearing a long tan trench coat, black gloves, white sleeveless T-Shirt as well as stonewashed (if that's the correct terminology for those white/grayish jeans) jeans, and black sneakers.
History: When he was 16, the fire happened. Shortly after he realized what happened to him during the operations, he left home. Leaving his mother and father behind as to not cause them any hurt or pain from what he had become, he tried to learn to control what he could do. It was obvious his trail though, as he tried to hone his powers, he would accidentally set fire to several buildings in several towns, that would then attack him and force him out.
During one of the attacks, another man with powers came to his aid. This man trained him how to hone his powers for the next 8 years. All the while, Tommy learned how to use his powers for that of good or evil, seeing as how he felt he was outcast and didn't deserve such criticism. When he left the home of this man after his 8 year stay, he moved to a big city near him and began working as a construction worker. Since he had learned about his power, he could handle the heat of being outside and working constantly, regardless of the temperature.
Recently though, he's been feeling as if he should be doing more with his life, slacking off of his work to travel and such. Looking for others who shared his same abilities, or others like it.
Other Information: Tommy is a very friendly person, unless provoked or betrayed. He'll give anyone a chance, until they do something that he feels betrays his trust. Many could say this is a weakness, but Tommy feels everyone deserves a chance until they show they don't deserve your trust or respect.
RP Sample: "Excuse me, Mr Kessinger! Could you come down here please!" The contractor yelled up at Tommy as he was working on roofing a new house. Tommy looked down at the man, wiping the sweat from his brow, he climbed down a ladder and removed his hard-hat. He then stood before the man, arms crossed at his chest.
"Yeah Gerry, what do you need?" Tommy asked, speaking through the mask he was wearing, adjusting his gloves. "Tommy, I hate to do this to you, but we just got the order from upstairs to let you go. Seems you've been slacking a lot lately, and they seem to have it stuck in their heads your some sort of flame freak, I don't know. I feel terrible, but I gotta let you go man." Gerry sighed, as he then turned and walked back to inspect another house.
Dammit, this ain't right. I'll show Gerry who's a flame freak. Tommy smiled to himself, as he picked up his hard-hat and trench coat. He began to leave the work site as he came across Gerry's car. A Sporty one at that, as he knelt down, removed his left hand glove, and placed his left hand upon the rim of Gerry's car. A sizzling could be heard as the rim soon melted afterwords. Tommy laughed a bit before walking back toward town.
( Um, I have no idea if this is any good at all. I'm kinda new to this, so any help would be appreciated. I do hope you accept me though. I would love to have some fun with this Forum. )

The government assigned the redevelopment of the Avengers team to Norman Osborn, whom the government had previously assigned to head the superhero team the Thunderbolts and who had become a public hero for his role in repelling the Skrull threat:

Silver Surfer
Everything was black, he was so close yet so far away from everything. This was how he liked it a quiet area for him to think. Thinking was his only way out of his duties. As a Herald he was given momumental power but for a price.
The price he had to pay was to lead his master, the devourer of worlds, Galactus to feed on planets, sucking the life from them till they die. Thinking was a way to forget the pain he makes millions feel everytime he goes to another planet. His humanity was still in there somewhere he didn't know where though so he listened even though he didn't want to.
"Your time has come my Herald search for my next planet."
Galactus said to the Silver Surfer, a being of few words Galactus never gave speaches he always seemed to get to the point.
"My time as your herald has come to an end my master."
The Silver Surfer didn't know where it came from but he decided to refuse to listen to his master, but why now? He didn't even know the answer. Before Galactus could respond Surfer used his tremendous speed to flee from his master.

"Catch him NOW" he screamed at the robots, but he was to quick wit the teleporting as he fanished he left a dark cloud of smoke behind and he was gone in a blink of a eye, "Nightcrawler where are you "cryed shadowcat. "behind you i am" whisperd nightcrawler,as the robots where still after him the only thing he could do was attack.

CAPTAIN BRITAIN Real Name: Brian Braddock
Brian woke up fitfully, covered in sweat. He only vaguely remembered the nightmare he just had, visions of death and destruction in his homeland. Meggan, his wife, slowly sat up next to him.
"What is it, Brian?" She asked sleepily.
"I don't know, Meg. Something big. Bad. I thought I saw Saturnyne." Brian placed his face in his hands to wipe away the sweat, but Meggan pulled his hands away and did it for him as he continued. "I don't know what's going to happen, Meg. Usually I'm pretty sure about the visions, but now..."
His voice trailed off as Meggan cradled his chin in her hands. "What ever it is, my Love, you'll beat it. You always do. Now come back to bed," she said as she gently pulled him back down.
"Thanks, Meg."

The next day, Brian had a quick breakfast before donning his familiar uniform; the red, white, and blue of the Union Jack, Britain's famous flag. He hadn't pulled the mask on yet when Meggan came out of the bedroom.
"You usually don't patrol for MI-13 this early," Meggan stopped as she figured out what Brian was up to. "You're gonna go see Roma, aren't you? Try to figure the vision out?"
"Can't put one past you." He leaned forward to give her a hug and a kiss. "I'll be back for supper. I already asked Pete to cover for me, seeing as how I might just miss the meeting."
Meggan hugged him tight for a long moment before replying. "Be careful Brian. You know how much I worry about you."
Brian smiled as he pulled his mask on over his face, ceasing to be Brian Braddock, and becoming Captain Britain. "Like you said last night; whatever it is, I'll deal with it. I always do."
And with that, he walked out into the back yard and took off into the sky.

Brian loved flying. It always made him feel so...free. I know, it's cliche, but it's true. It allowed him a very rare moment's peace. Like all good things, though, it ends.
Brilliant Brian thought as he came up to the light house that served as the inter-dimensional doorway to Otherworld, a dimensional nexus of sorts that connects all realities, all possibilities. Just when my daydream about Meg was REALLY getting good.
Brian landed in front of the door and placed his hand on the knob. Well, here goes. He thought as he opened the door...and entered the Nexus.
It was a wonderful place, full of science and technology, but also of magic and enchantment. With the castle in the center of the realm looking vaguely like Castle Greyskull from He-Man, Otherworld was every nerd's wet dream. Brian flew up to the highest tower, where he knew Roma would be.
The chamber was full of mirrors and doors, each leading to other realities. Roma, a tall, pale, black-haired woman, stood in the center, surrounded by people in similar uniform to Brian. Some were male, others female. Some were versions of Brian, some were new faces all-together. One was Brian's friend Pete Wisdom. I always thought he looked goofy as Captain Britain.
These are the Captain Britain Corps. Each one in charge of peace-keeping operations in their own private Great Britain. Roma looked over at Brian, the strongest amongst them, and their de-facto leader, and motioned him to take a seat.
"It's good you are all here. Very rarely do all of you have the same vision. I regret that I have not fully deciphered it, but do know that Saturnyne is involved. Follow the Saturnyne of your respective realities, and this mystery should wrap up fine." She looked over at Brian. "I feel that if one is stopped, the whole thing will be stopped."
"Thanks, Roma, for putting all this on me. As usual." Great. Saturnyne IS involved. If I wasn't a recovering alcoholic, I'd go get a drink.
((I hope you don't mind me using Meggan like that. No one's playing her, so I didn't think a little character development with her would be a problem. This will most likely be the only time it happens, because if I get approved, he's going to go off on this tangent. It won't be world-stomping, just a little side-story for me to aid in character development.))
You wake up in the morning and everything seems normal, but then you see the front page of the Daily Bugle. Spiderman saves New York from Doc Oc, Mutant Cure announced, Superhero Registration Act put in place. What if you could wish it all away, just for a moment, stand still. Put down everything and close your eyes, wish for peace; for freedom. Wish for no fear that you're going to be invaded by skrulls someday. But open your eyes again and you see chaos, criminals everywhere. Even if it is just a dream, dreams really do come true,

Imagine a world where all these univi were combined into one. All your favorite heroes and villains collide with each other on a day to day basis, in battles you've only imagined.
Now, and here's the clever part, imagine that you are your favorite hero or villain. It's up to you what to do in this amazing world of such incredible beings and places. The choices are for you to make- your destiny is yours to change.
Or, maybe you are a new hero or villain introduced into this fantastic setting, ready to join the fight against crime, or plan the bank heist of the century. It is up to you.

Powers and Abilities:Ezzy has the power to shift powers,hence the name,depending on the circustances.If she's fighting,she'll become stronger and if she's running she'll become faster.She also knows several fighting styles including Karate,Kung-fu,Kickboxing,Ninjutsu and Savate.She is also highly experience with several types of weapons and uses a Zanbato (Really big japanese sword that looks like a katana) Power Gained by:Mutant.Her fighting skills come from using her powers to learn by shifting to inteligence. Weaknesses:If she takes one power,let's say strenght,to a to high extent all her other skills would be downed.This doesn't happen if it isn't taken to far.Also,sometimes her power takes some seconds to shift,which can cause an disvantage.
Appearance:Tall,bulky,long blond hair with emo-ish bangs and light green eyes.Her hair has two bluish-black highlights around the middle,one on each side.She tends to use skater punk like clothes,usually with shades of black and blue.
History:She discovered she was a mutant only 2 years ago.Being a very calm and calculative person under pressure,she knew that she shouldn't tell anyone and that it would have to be a complete secret.Yet,someone dicovered one day and told the world.She simply ran away and became a marginal hero known as Shift.

RP Sample: The teenager panted loudly as she ran at an amazing speed through the busy train station.She accidently hit someone,who fell back. She looked at the person for microseconds before whispering a quick sorry and begining to run again.She dodged a man carrying lot's of bagage and jumped into a train,right before it closed it's doors. Immediately after,a man wearing expensive clothing,appeared. "Stop that kid!That bastard stole my watch!" Everyone looked at the man as if he was crazy as the train left the station. Ezzy sighed. The man was a mobster.And he had a totally sweet,expensive watch. "Hey,heroes have to eat." she thought as she sat down on an empty seat.She raised an eyebrow as a tall,dark figure aproached her. "I'm sorry,but I couldn't help but wonder,that is a magnificient gold watch.Would you mind if I could take a look at it?" Ezzy quickly glanced at her wrist. "Yes." "But-" "Please,leave me alone." The man glared at her and leaned closer to her. "I happen to know that is my boss's watch.Hand it to me before I have to resort to violent mesures." She fowned before smilling a bit. "Bite me." She quickly puched the man,who flew back. Everyone around walked a few steps back. Ezzy laughed and jumped off an open window,landing and starting to run.She stopped and watched the train as it disppeared into the horizon. "See ya." she said as she slidded her hoodie over her head.
Powers and Abilities (if any): Can manipulate the symbiote of his own attire. Power Gained by (if any power): A comet had crashed, not far from his apartment. Curious, as to what the comet must've been holding, and how it fell, Ikarus went to investigate. As he neared closer and closer to the comet, a black spire, hoisting it's entire being, (which was a lump of symbiote), out, and poured itself unto Ikarus. He dosen't know how he was able to resist it, but he did. The suit gave him unspeakable power, and, with dreams of grandure, he decided to make as much money as he could with the new found abilities. Eventually, he found the suit had a mind of it's own, and emptied it's thoughts, into his head, though, he still does not know, he was able to resist the dark thoughts of the symbiote, of which he had named Ares. Seeing his greed of money, and the symbiote's greed of having it's own vessel, and not stoping to attain it, he realized it was not much difference. To atone, he decided to be a selfless hero, instead of a selfish scoundrel. Weaknesses: What every Symbiote has: soundwaves, and his own, his love for the city of Manhattan.
Appearance: Black hair, black hoodie, (symbiote) which he cannot remove, black jeans, black shoes, and his hair is in a ponytail. He has a black shirt under the hoodie, that has a red skull on it.
History: Ikarus Rex had nothing: no home, no family, no real friends, nobody to comfort him. He started out, just a hopeless kid, no real ambition in sight. He had been recently offered a job as a Movie Critic, out of pity, and accepted. He hates that he had dishonered himself, but he needs the money. He walks around the city of Manhattan for a very lnog time, until, a meteor crashes, hitting a park near him. Worried for anyone there, he dashed toward the spot, ready to protect a civilian. He found the child, but unfortunately, the child was in a state of shock, and Ikarus, thinking the landing did this, stared upon the child's eyes in disbelief...
Then everything went black.
And Ikarus found himself upon the floor again, feeling as if he were in an intense fight. Which he was, but his deep dark soul, was able to resist the symbiote, and the symbiote gave in to him. Ikarus asked many skilled scientists, what it was, but eventually, didn't care. As long as he had this power to help, it didn't matter to him.
Other Information: Not really much, except most of the movies he critics suck, so he gives it a 1-4.
RP Sample: Rain.
His faviorite site...rain. Ghoul, dressed in his black hoody, standing atop the edge of the Daily Bugle, looking down on the peons below, investigating another 'crime scene', while the real criminal got away. Ghoul, annoyed by this act of ignorance, leaped high from the building, plummiting down toward the escaping man, as he panicked, and shot at Ghoul, who only laughed, as the bullets were caught by a vicious mouth, coming out of his chest, that ate at the bullets. Ghoujl slammed his fist upon the man's head, feeling it tremble, and hearing a voice in his head:
"'Nother one down. We gonna' keep this up all night?" "Until their all gone, yeah." "Why do you care?" "I just do." "Why?" "Shut the hell up, and do what I tell you." "Humans are so inconsiderate...but I like you, so be lucky." "Yeah, yeah..."

New York: Home to some of the most famous heroes, such as the like of Spider-Man and The Fantastic Four. Forever a battleground for new heroes and old heroes alike against the age old enemy of good- Villains. Their deep-rooted corruption spreads in the Big Apple with every passing night.
Not long before The Civil War should've happened, Apocalypse, thought to be a second-rate memory, arrived in the lab of one Norman Osbourne just after he finished a chemical gas that caused increased aggressiveness in life-forms of every kind. He stole this gas, and, using the New York City sewage system as his underground pipes, he deployed this gas throughout the entire state, causing villains to go on the rampage and heroes to bicker among themselves.
Professor Xavier catches wind that this destruction could've been caused by Apocalypse, and takes Emma Frost as a bodyguard on a secret mission. Along the way, he finds Magneto following the same lead, and reports this to the X-men. Then, not a single one makes any further contact with the X-men or Brotherhood. The Shield Director, Nick Fury, also mysteriously disappears, and not long after they are all presumed missing. Cyclops takes charge of the X-men while Pyro succeeds to ruler of the Brotherhood, and Captain America is voted new Director of Shield.
If the gas and change of hats wasn't bad enough for everyone involved, the big AP wasn't done yet. Apocalypse, while under a disguise, managed to convince multiple villain groups that the denizens of New York were better off destroyed entirely!
A massive war has broken out in the streets of New York, not only between villains, but between the heroes as well. Only with great force of will and some serious firepower will the heroes win out this time! Help save our world at

With Villain attacks, and heroes beating each other up, there's always something to roleplay, whether defending a city or temporarily using an unplayed villain character to attack something yourself!
All the main canons are still up for grabs, so hurry up and come play the most famous characters you can't get your hands on in sites that have been around for forever!!

Character's name: Trent Algard.(Break.) Type of house: Shabby loft. Description: On the outside, the house is beautiful. Lovely painting of God and Adam on the front of the house, and on the back, the painting of the mighty Chimera and Hercules. But inside, you'll be wanting to go back out to the back and lay on the hammock. His house is a mess, and he lives by himself, in New York, New York, somewhere in a coldasaq.

Character: Spidey 2099(Not the same as Peter Parker.) Real Name: Miguel O'Hara.
(I would try out for Hulk2099 if he weren't dead. -.-)
RP Sample: 'Wake up Miguel, wake up Miguel. It is time to start your day'. This voice came from the apartment that belonged to the computer program, of which this 'Miguel', installed within his house. The voice rang louder, sounding more annoyed, 'Wakey', Wakey', Miguel O'Harry!'The man known as 'Miguel', twisted and turned in his bed, gripping the bed with his talons, ripping the bed away at the seems. This time, the voice rang even louder, full of more fierceness and fury, and a hint of irritation, "WAKE UP MIGUEL O'HARA." This 'Miguel', was effected so much by the voice, he fell out of the blue bed he was sleeping in, plummeting to the ground, "Dang, can't give me five more minutes to sleep...I'm jobless now, so why'd you wake me up?" The voice now responded, and somehow, took the form of a hologram of a woman, appearing before Miguel, "Doctor Stephen Strange, says that he needs you." Miguel scratched his head, showing he was obviously annoyed. "Tell him, I don't want to come..." "He says you may be interested with what he has found." Miguel, raising himself to his feet, with the palms of his hands, dusted off some dust, stretching himself. "Okay, tell him I'll be down in a couple of minutes..." The hologram, now dissapearing, in a sort of hissing sound, leaving Miguel in his room. Miguel took soft, short strides toward the closet, oppening it, and peering at what was inside. No matter how mad Miguel was, it always warmed his heart to see this...
The very own spidey suit he crafted with his own hands...bullet proof, in it's shade of dark blue, and it's extra finger space for Miguel's talons. But, instead of there being the same spider signal that was on the original Spiderman's chest, there, instead, was a red skull, plastered on the chest. Taking the suit, Miguel spent countless time, tripping overh imself, desperatly trying to put the suit on. Finally, accomplishing his task, Miguel, now Spiderman 2099, walked over to the window, opening it by just pressing a button near the window. Seeing many 'Public Eye', officers scouting everywhere, Spiderman didn't care. Since S.H.I.E.L.D. had his back, he had nothing to worry about. Even if they didn't have his back, he still didn't have anything to worry about. He's Spidey.
Doctor Strange, who was by know, waiting outside of the Sanctum Sanctorum, was tapping his foot in frustration and impatience. <Where the devil is that....>, and seemingly out of nowhere, Spidey dropped from the top of the Sanctum Sanctorum, landing directly in front of Dr. Strange. Miguel stood up, giggling and laughing. "What is so funny, Miguel?", The Sorcerer Supreme asked. Miguel responded, muffling through laughs, "I have been waiting for fifty minutes to do that." Strange, not really impressed by this, waved his hand in front of Spidey, and walked into the mansion. "Come. I have something I wish to ask you." Spiderman, perplexed by this, walked in after his magic friend.
Coming into the mansion, Spiderman followed after the Sorcerer Supreme, who was now standing in the living room, right in the center of the room, his now all gray hair being pushed by the wind, and his cape swinging behind him. Miguel, unimpressed, waved his hands in the air, mocking Dr. Strange, "Ohh, I'm The Soccer Supreme, I can do everything, even look cool in a room! Showoff." Stephen, ignoring that, turned his entire body toward the window. "Miguel. You told me before, that you have named yourself Spiderman, because you have always admired him." Miguel nodded rapidly, showing Strange now had his full attention. Chuckling, Stephen went on, "Well...what would you do...if I told you, that you could meet the 'original' Spiderman." "Wait...your not trying to hit on me, are you? 'Cause, I don't go for guys. Hope you know." Strange, now laughing so hard he nearly fell over, "No cost my fine, funny friend. And plus, I'll be there with you anyway. There are many matters I had to attend to during this time." Miguel, who was now standing attentivly to Strange, nodded. "But, how're you gonna' do it? I mean, you can't just magically send me to the- waiiiiiit, that's what your going to do aren't you?" The old Sorcerer just smiled, nodded, and left just nine words:
"Oh, and say hello to spiderman for me please." And then, in a sudden flash of light...
Miguel dissapeared.(Same storyline I was thinking of using to explain Miguel's being here.)
Character's Name: Johnny Blaze(Ghost Rider.) RP Sample: In the streets of Manhattan, a motor sound could be heard, bumping against the road as it went, making heads turn. Not in awe, but for some reason, looks of disgust. Thugs and gang bangers looked to the source of the sound as if he were just one cop cruising around. But, on the contrary, Mr. Johnny Blaze was no cop. He actually looked like a greaser, but was the farthest thing from them. Down the street, shooting could be heard, and also seen, a woman and her apparent two children, running across the street, while a man in all red, chased after them, reloading his gun. Blaze then reved up his engine and drove after the man, not even at full speed, but one would think he did at the speed he took off at. The thuggish looking man in red, who had been chasing the woman and her children had backed them into a corner, and by now, was pointing the gun at them, his finger on the trigger, and slowly pulling it back, showing some sign of regret.
Immediatly, at that time, a chain caught the man's arm, yanking it back, knocking the gun onto the ground, giving an oppurtunity for the woman and children to run, which of course, they did. The chain, seemingly made the man twist around, revealing the user's...err...Skull. The flaming skull which was staring deep into the man's eyes, and now spoke, "You REALLY think that's a smart thing to do, tough guy?" The man who, of course, was Ghost Rider, released the men, who had now fled, screaming things like, "IT'S SATIN!". The ghostly man, then walked over to a hellish looking motorcycle, mounting, and rode out of sight.
